on may 16 general electric recall 2.5 million dishwashers, the liquid rinse-aid can leak from the dispenser on to the internal wiring which can cause an electricalHot Holiday Toys
short and overheating, posing a fire hazard.
the dishwashers were sold in stores from september 1997 through december 2001 for about $400.
the recall includes built in dishwashers sold under the following brand names.
eterna--ge--ge profile--ge monogram--hotpoint--sears kenmore.
